Psychosocial Assessment

Psychosocial Assessment involves the evaluation of a client’s mental health, social status, and functional capacity within the community, which will be conducted by one of our licensed clinical social workers or counselors. It takes into account not only the physical health of the client, but also the client’s perception of self and his or her ability to function in the community. This helps us create a comprehensive picture in order to work with the client in mapping out their treatment goals.
